Can I have a refund?

If you'd like a refund, you can send us an email at support@bitcoin.tax

Once we receive your request, please allow 1 to 2 days for us to process your refund. During our busy times, labeling your email "Refund Request" will allow us to notice your email quickly and begin the refund process. 

Please keep in mind, if your capital gains summary seems inaccurate, you may have some unmatched trades that are affecting your calculations. Our support team is more than happy to help you figure these out.
