What do I do if I need a bigger plan than I originally purchased?

If you decide that you need a larger plan, one that accommodates more trades, you can head over to your Account Tab to upgrade. You will only have to pay the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan. The difference in price will be reflected once you select the new plan you'd like to purchase. You can find the exact steps below.

1- Log in to your account and select the Account Tab:

2- Select the Plan Tab:

3- Scroll down and select the year (1) and plan (2) you'd like to upgrade to, and select continue (3) to move on to the confirmation page:

4- The confirmation page will appear before your purchase is finalized. It will show you how much the plan costs, minus the cost of the plan you already paid for:

5- Add your zip code, any referral or discount codes, and choose your method of payment.

Keep in mind, it may take a few moments for your account to upgrade. If it is not upgraded after a few minutes, confirm your payment has processed, and then log out and back into your account. If your account has still not processed the upgrade, you can send us a support ticket.
